We’re thrilled to announce our first pop-up event (in forever) with Balham’s favourite brunch spot; Milk, this March! We’ve teamed up with our brilliant Balham neighbours to bring you a one-of-a-kind dinner across two evenings on 3rd and 4th March. Serving up a heavenly three course delight of starter, main (pizza duh) and dessert.
The 3-course dinner will be a collaboration of our offerings, including a limited edition pizza exclusive to the event.
The Milk team will be taking care of the starter and dessert, with Wild Garlic & Ricotta donuts to start, and their much loved ‘Whipped halva butter and pumpkin seed tahini banana bread’ to finish things off.
Our YSP team and the chefs at Milk have worked together to develop a fresh take on one of their popular brunch dishes on a pizza. Topped with roasted butternut squash, marinated feta, crispy sage, pumpkin seed salt and cured egg yolk on a white base, the recipe combines our two favourite pastimes; pizza & brunch – call us innovators!
We’ll also have a couple of our old faithful pizzas, including vegan options, available for mains as an alternative too!
On Thursday 3rd and Friday 4th March, you can join us at Milk for what is set to be an incredible evening at £30 per person, with a choice of two sittings.
