We’re delighted to announce that we have teamed up with award-winning restaurant, Mambow, to bring you a truly epic pizza this spring!
The Mambow Special is bursting full of flavour, inspired by chef-owner Abby Lee’s unique taste on Malaysian cuisine with a hint of European influence which takes inspiration from her family and culinary background.
Topped with black pepper pork curry, pickled green chilli & red onion on our classic tomato and Fior di latte mozzarella base- this pizza is fragrant, fresh and has the perfect balance between hot and sour.
We couldn’t join forces with the Mambow team without bringing you a dip on the side, so you can get your hands on a green sambal mayo dip which is the perfect companion to those crusts.
