We’ve are very excited to announce that we have teamed up with chef, writer, and TV personality, Big Has, to celebrate the upcoming release of his second cookbook with a BRAND NEW PIZZA!

Has’ second book, Smoke and Seasoned Bread is a heartfelt tribute to Turkish food and culture featuring his personal journey to discover the essence of Turkish cuisine.

Including recipes full of the flavours and culture of Turkey, plus stories from his solo travel experiences, the book is available for pre-order NOW. 

Of course we’ve come together to do what we do best, create an absolutely BANGER of a pizza to mark the occasion, so say hello too…

THE LAHMACUN SPESH

Inspired by the popular street food, Lahmacun, this pizza is topped with spiced lamb, fresh red onion and parsley on our classic tomato and fior di latte mozzarella base.

PLUS that’s not all, we’ve also created Big Has’s Signature Dip, inspired by the iconic burger shop sauce it’s the perfect accompaniment to drizzle on top or dunk those crusts.

The Lahmacun Spesh and Big Has’s Signature Dip are available across all shops from Wednesday 28th – Tuesday 1st July!
