It’s the first week of January which means we’re announcing our FIRST COLLAB OF THE YEAR 🎉 and this is one we’ve been excited about for a long time.

If you don’t already follow him on IG (although who isn’t at this point?!) you may know Ben as bestselling author of How I Cook or founder of hot honey brand Dr Sting’s.

Aptly named, THE STING, this special features a crème fraîche and taleggio base, fior di latte mozzarella, pumpkin, caramelised onions, rosemary, and hot honey.

Inspired by Ben’s Pumpkin Ravioli with Taleggio Fonduta,we’ve translated the flavours seamlessly into pizza form — guaranteed to convert even the biggest white-base cynics!

Perfect for anyone dabbling in vegetarianism this January, but there’s also a meat version with added Sicilian sausage. Both are finished with Dr Sting’s Hot Honey (also available as a dip on the side).
