YSP’s Summer Guest Chef Series has arrived! We’re launching three limited-edition pizzas with three of London’s most loved chefs and restaurants this summer!
Between 17th August and 14th September there will be creations from chef of the moment Ixta Belfrage, South London stalwarts Forza Wine and Leytonstone’s beloved Singburi. Each pizza will be super limited, and only available until they run out, so don’t sleep on this very special chance to try some truly delicious specials…
Kicking the series off on 17th August is Ixta Belfrage – wondrous chef & author of MEZCLA, with her attempt to convert any pineapple-pizza haters with Ixta’s Pineapple Pizza!
Topped with fresh Sicilian sausage, charred spring onions, habanero butter onions, jalapeños, fior di latte mozzarella, tomato sauce and of course, maple glazed pineapple – this zingy and fresh summer pizza is not one to be missed. A squeeze of lime to finish at home is optional but highly recommended!
Next up on 31st August is a special creation from Sirichai Kularbwong, of the legendary Singburi in Leytonstone! The Gaeng Pizza Gang comes topped with Kua Kling dry fried pork, pickled mustard greens, fresh Thai shallots, green peppercorns along with Thai basil and fior di latte mozzarella – AKA all the spice and flavour you could ever wish for.
Last (but certainly not least) on September 14th, we’ve got Peckham’s finest Forza Wine stepping up to the plate with Wind Your Neck In. This beauty is topped with braised harissa lamb neck, tomatoes, pink pickled onions and fior di latte mozzarella – deeeeee-lish.
Each pizza will have a limited number and when they’re gone, THEY’RE GONE. So pick your favourite, or pick ALL THREE and make sure you get involved when they hit our stores on the above dates, as they won’t be around for long!
