Introducing… YSP x Brooklyn Brewery

We have joined forces with NYC legends, Brooklyn Brewery, for a truly epic ‘za this September.

London’s favourite pizza has come together with one of New York’s most iconic breweries to celebrate the bold flavours of Brooklyn and bring a slice of it to the heart of London.

Together with Brooklyn Brewery’s Brewmaster, Garrett Oliver, we have cooked up The Notorious P.I.E.

Taking inspiration from an Italian-American classic, vodka sauce, this special is topped with our take on that saucy goodness along with chorizo, as well as an NYC sprinkle of parmesan, oregano & chilli flakes and fresh basil on our tomato and fior di latte mozzarella base!

We also have a veggie version which includes all the same goodness above but swapped for romano and peppadew peppers.

The Notorious P.I.E. is a mash-up between the London & NYC pizza scene, capturing the spirit of Brooklyn and including some of Garrett’s favourite toppings!

Of course we couldn’t bring you a pizza inspired by the scene across the Atlantic without a special box to delivery it in…

Patrick has created a stunning new box that truly captures the essence of the iconic NYC slice shops.

This very special collab will be available from next Wednesday 3rd – Tuesday 30th September, so get you reminders at the ready.
